The responsible party for data processing on this website is:
2. Data collection on this website
Server log files
Vercel, the host of this website (see section 3), automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to me. These are:
- IP address of the requesting computer
- Host name of the accessing computer
- Date and time of the request
- Time zone difference from Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
- Content of the request (specific page)
- Access status/HTTP status code
- Amount of data transferred in each case
- Referrer URL (previously visited page)
- Browser type and browser version
- Operating system and its interface
This data is not merged with other data sources. The collection of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of their website — for this purpose, the server log files must be recorded.
Contact via email
If you contact me by email, your request, including all personal data resulting from it (name, email address, content of the request), will be stored and processed by me for the purpose of processing your request. I will not share this data without your consent. The processing of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, provided your request is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on my legitimate interest in the effective processing of inquiries directed to me (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) if this has been requested. The data you send to me via contact requests will remain with me until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies. Mandatory legal provisions — in particular statutory retention periods — remain unaffected.
3. Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA (hoster). The personal data collected on this website is stored on the hoster's servers. This may include IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, contract data, contact details, names, website accesses, and other data generated via a website. The use of the hoster is for the purpose of fulfilling contracts with my potential and existing customers (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and in the interest of a secure, fast, and efficient provision of my online offering by a professional provider (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
As Vercel operates servers in the USA, data may be transferred to the USA. Vercel has committed to complying with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
5. Booking an appointment via Calendly
The intro call buttons on this website and the “Book a call” line in the imprint are links to appointment booking at Calendly, an external service. Calendly is not embedded here: nothing is transmitted to Calendly when you visit this website. Only when you follow one of these links do you open Calendly's page. From then on, Calendly's privacy policy applies, including to the details you enter there when booking: calendly.com/privacy (opens in a new tab)
6. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the browser's address bar changing from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock icon in your browser bar.
7. Your rights
You have the following rights at any time:
- Access to the personal data I store about you and to information about its origin, recipients, and purpose, free of charge (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)

If you have given consent to data processing, you can revoke this consent at any time for the future.
